Murrumbidgee Model / Rural Generalist pathway

The NSW Rural Generalist Single Employer Pathway, first piloted through the Murrumbidgee Model, supports junior doctors seeking a rural generalist career by providing a coordinated employment and training pathway across hospital and primary care settings. This approach helps attract, train and retain doctors in rural communities while strengthening access to local healthcare.
